Daily housekeeping services, which consist of general cleaning, take place between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m on weekdays and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekends. Should one of your guests require special times of service, requests may be made directly with Housekeeping or your Catering/Events Manager.
The suggested housekeeping gratuity is $2.00 per day. Some groups may have the gratuity rate predetermined in the contract and billed to the master account.
Each guest room is provided with several special service amenities either at no charge or for a nominal fee. These items include: an iron and ironing board, hairdryers, in-room safe, bath/shower amenities, and extra pillows. Additional bedding available for children: cribs and rollaway beds. Please note there is a maximum of four persons (including children) allowed per room.
Nightly turndown services, which consist of light cleaning, takes place between 6 and 9 pm. When guests retire to their room for the evening, they will find their robes and slippers laid out, bed turned down, curtains closed, and complimentary chocolates.
